Credit repair is a team sport and we need your help to succeed. Here are a few tips to ensure you get the best results.
- Keep track of business hours. The last thing we want is for you to think we are ignoring you. If you call or text us before 9am, we will NOT receive your call. If you call after 8pm, we will NOT receive your call. The best form of communication is email.
- You will receive 3 updates about your credit report and updates are given between Friday and Monday. You will get an email with the specific dates you will receive updates.
- You must give us copies of ALL paperwork you receive. Pictures are no good, either scan and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail everything to the address below.
- If you get new collections, you either have to pay to have them removed or pay to settle them.
